Born and raised in Santa Cruz California, Neil graduated from the University of Redlands, with a major in Political Science and minor in Philosophy. During his tenure at Redlands, Neil played football and baseball for the Bulldogs as well as got involved on the Mock Trial team. Neil began his insurance career as a marketing representative with Federated Mutual Insurance Company in 1999. After 7 successful years at Federated, Neil took an opportunity to grow professionally and joined Millennium Corporate Solutions (MCS) in 2007. At MCS, Neil developed Insurance programs for the Property, Construction, and Auto Dealership industries before setting out to form Churchill & Associates in 2009. At Churchill & Associates, Neil currently serves on the Board of Directors, as well as President. In his spare time, Neil enjoys being with family and friends, coaching his kids and being involved in the community. Other involvements include serving on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Las Virgenes and Conejo Valley.

Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, Bill graduated from Colgate University with a degree in English and a secondary concentration in Economics. Bill also ran track and was active in student politics and the University newspaper. Bill also completed five Executive Management courses at Wharton Business School and Kellogg Business School. Bill began his career with the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies where he was an Administrative and Underwriting Officer in the organization. He then joined Aon Financial Services Group as one of the original Team Leaders in the Management & Professional Liability lines. He founded the Management Liability Practice for USI Insurance, before joining Wells Fargo Insurance Services, where he ran the Financial Services Group in the Western United States and was a Managing Director overseeing four offices in Southern California. Bill also worked in executive roles with three other brokerages. In his spare time, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, golf, sports, reading, movies, and hiking. He is on the board of directors for Jeopardy Mid-Valley, and actively volunteers for educational non-profits.
